This method is a compilation of his experience, sweat, and countless hours of testing, all informed by extensive study and multiple industry certifications.
I am Hayden Steele, husband, strength coach, personal trainer, and Business Partner at Inertia Fitness, a private health club in Oklahoma City. I began my career at Oklahoma State University, where I was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cowboys Football program. In 2010, I became the Head Strength Coach at Oklahoma State for Men’s and Women’s Tennis. During my first season, I coached Aleksandr Nedovyesov who had one of the most successful seasons in Collegiate tennis history. He was named the “Big 12 Player of the Year”, and later won the “ITA National Player of the Year”; the most prestigious accomplishment in NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis.
I’m now the dedicated owner of Hayden Steele Performance™, SteeleFit™, as well as a business partner of a private fitness club. I hold the two most advanced certifications in the strength and conditioning industry being certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and being Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the Collegiate Coaches Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCCa). Personal training has been a passion of mine for many years. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and have pursued professional excellence through additional certifications in Biomechanics, Sports Performance Training, and as a Muscle Activation Techniques Master Specialist.
